FTP Transfer via FTP Client

This is the preferred way to send files over the internet. The file transfer is unlimited (barring interruption in Internet access) and allows Pinpoint-360 instant access to the file. For security purposes please call Jim Fuller at (651) 287-5995 to receive instructions and a personalized FTP Username/Password combination.

Email Transfer:
Pinpoint-360 runs its own email servers and accepts email attachments up to 40Mb. However, hosting providers frequently set size limits of 3Mb - 5Mb.

Macintosh Note:
Files must be stuffed and binhexed to guarantee the fastest transfer times and file integrity when sending over email. StuffIt from www.allume.com is considered the industry standard for Macintosh compression and encoding.

Windows Note:
Files must be compressed either using the .zip or .rar format. WinZip and WinRar, both available at www.download.com are good compression utilities
